Our business was founded in 1989 and has grown and evolved over time, but our core mission stays the same: to use all our expertise, experience, time, and resources to guide private practice eye care providers on the path to success.
This business is changing, and we are ready for the challenges that come our way. During the pandemic we didn’t hunker down. We collaborated daily to stay ahead of a fast-changing business environment and keep our members informed and safe. During the resulting employee churn, we assisted our clients in finding, hiring, training, and motivating an outstanding eye care team.
Increasing competition, a demanding workforce, and discriminating and well-educated consumers have meant we need to up our game to keep private practice ahead. The good news is that it is working. Our clients are growing, reaching goals, and finding joy in providing excellent care. Our teams are thriving, not simply surviving.
Growth and success are defined by the individual. We have practice owners that come to us because they want to provide a rewarding and enriching place to work. We have owners come to us because they have hit a plateau and need fresh ideas and new perspectives.
